Approachable and down-to-earth, Shayla genuinely cares about the people around her and believes in doing what she says she’s going to do. Shayla takes a relationship-focused, organized, and hands-on approach to real estate. She takes the time to understand what her clients truly need so they can feel informed and supported throughout the process, while she works diligently behind the scenes to keep everything moving forward. Shayla never wants her clients to feel pressured into a decision; instead, she wants them to know they have an advocate looking out for their best interests and someone they can count on from beginning to end.

Before entering real estate, Shayla spent more than eight years working in operations, construction management, and business ownership. As an Office Manager in the construction and home-renovation industries, she gained experience with everything from estimating and contracts to bookkeeping, financial reporting, marketing, compliance, and client and vendor relationships. She also previously owned and managed a towing company and currently owns The Book Biz, a bookkeeping and consulting company. Her extensive background has made Shayla skilled at managing moving pieces, paying close attention to details, communicating and negotiating effectively, and staying calm when challenges arise.

Most importantly, her experience has reinforced just how valuable trust, communication, and follow-through are when someone is making a major decision. Shayla wants her clients to walk away from their experience feeling like they gained more than a real estate agent—they gained someone they can trust, call again, and confidently recommend to the people they care about.

Outside of work, Shayla loves spending time with her girls and making memories together. She enjoys cooking, reading, hiking, paddle boarding, exploring new places, and just about anything that gets her outdoors. Always up for an adventure, Shayla is passionate about her family, personal growth, and creating meaningful experiences and connections with the people around her.
